We have proven track record of 15 years to deal with different Industrial products supply and project execution along with after sales service. Our QC team are familiar with different quality standards and capable to maintain product quality as per International standard requirement. Our own QAP ensure required quality and traceability of raw materials from sourcing to final production process.
Radiographic test, Dye penetrant test, Vacuum Box text, Hydrostatic test rig, pump performance test facility we can provide to ensure product quality.
We ensure necessary testing and certification required for own job for safe and reliable operation of the system. We carry out radiographic test, Hydrostatic test, Die penetrant test, Load test, paint thickness test, WPQ, WQT, Calibration, Validation etc. We maintain standard safety and policy for all our projects even it is small or big.
We develop our in-house site progress reporting, inventory management and accounting system which enable us to monitor and control on the whole activities of the organization.
We also develop customized QAP, QA/QC documents for specific projects depending on the project quality requirement.
HSE Policy
We do job safety assessment, Risk analysis, Daily toolbox meeting, Any testing report necessary for safe operation, Permit to work, Basic PPE for all workers and other quality and safety practice. As an employer, it is a moral responsibility to ensure that stuff receives appropriate workplace health and safety training, as well as job-specific training to improve competence and confidence.
Also, legislation and regulations requirement by major foreign EPC companies are to provide information, training and supervision to employees in order to ensure their health and safety in work place
